誠聘 社區發展统籌主任 年薪: £28,450 (未除稅) 合約任期: 三年，每周工作 35小時

· 致力融和華人社群建設和諧社會

· 具大學學位或以上學歴 · 讀寫流俐中 (普通話、廣東話) 英語文；通曉其他中國方言更佳

· 能獨立工作並統籌義工團隊依期完成計劃項目，包括非周日工作 · 懂設計，繪圖及電腦基礎常識

· 符合英國就業規定

ISLINGTON CHINESE ASSOCIATION is proud to have won Big Lottery funding for growing its outreach services. We seek a Community Development Coordinator to join the team in 2018. This is a 35 hour – week post. Salary is £28,450 p.a. gross. The Reaching Communities Big Lottery project is for 3 years 2018 – 2021 and is based in London.

Applicants should have the following qualities:
· Demonstrate comprehensive familiarity with Chinese society in the UK and its demographics
· Have a track record in integrating Chinese communities in wider society
· Educated to degree level, is computer literate and internet savvy
· Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese); command of other Chinese dialects is an advantage
· Able to work independently while recruiting, coordinating and monitoring teams of volunteers in implementing the project · Able to juggle flexible hours to suit work meetings with key stakeholders
· Eligible for employment in the UK
