City of London Corporation’s City Bridge Trust贊助 活出豐采計劃 – 醒腦會 (Smart brain Club) 即將成立 ；醒腦會旨在每周為會員提供以中文為主的桌遊活動，輕鬆又便利的環境相信能讓會員更投入健腦活動，促進互助合作。

中心現正招募桌遊義工，於每周聚會為會員提供指導。義工們將學習各款特色桌遊，以及通過桌遊與會員建立關係。中心會員主要以英語、粵語或國語溝通，本中心期望能打破語言障礙，促進社區融合。現正進行首輪桌遊義工招募，有興趣人士請於辦工時間致電020 7263 5986或電郵 meipo.tsang@islingtonchinese.com 查詢。

City Bridge Trust funded Thriving Beats Surviving project will soon launch its Smart brain club. This ICA club aims to provide weekly Chinese board game gatherings in London where members from far and wide can come to learn and play eastern board games. Playing in a convivial environment helps the elderly to exercise their brain cells and provide moral support to their peers.

ICA would like to recruit a team of board game volunteers to facilitate this club. Volunteers will learn the games and skill share amongst fellow members teaching them the rules of engagement. Players can expect to converse in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. ICA hopes to break the language barrier between communities and promote social inclusion.
