依士靈頓華人協會在最近幾週修改了一些收費政策，以下是一些新增內容：
會費
ICA的會費一向是按每年 的1 月 1 日至 12 月 31 日收取， 而不是按收費當日計的 12 個月。為了對 2021 年中途加入的新會員更公平，我們改變了此收費方式，使其 a) 更易管理，b) 使現時還未續會的會員能以一個優惠的價錢繼續支持協會。
從 6 月 16 日起，2021 年剩餘時間的會費僅為 4 英鎊（即現時8 英鎊年費的一半）。如果在2021 年最後一個季度加入的新會員，這最後 3 個月的費用將減至 2 英鎊。
ICA 的所有服務和活動都是為會員而設計的，非會員可以支付每項活動 3 英鎊的附加費來參加。這個明顯的價格差異是希望大家能夠加入或更新會員資格，而你可以隨時遞交我們的網上會員表格。
支付活動費用
在中心開放的日子，我們的當值主任會在前台接待處熱烈歡迎您的到來，所有中心內的活動費用都會在前台接待處收取，而不是在中心內的活動地點支付。會員費用也可以在前台接待處理。
出於疫情下的安全考慮，所有活動都必須提前預訂。當您到達時，當值主任會查核你的預計替你登記。如果您預訂了 Day pass ，您只需一次性支付 8 英鎊（非會員為 12 英鎊）。如果您只參加單項活動，您也需要在前台接待處收費。
非接觸式付款
自 2020 年封城期間，我們開始提供各種線上服務，同時我們也開始接受非接觸式付款。我們希望盡量減少工作人員處理現金所需要的時間和簡化處理流程。
ICA 希望每個人都通過我們的iZettle卡機使用銀行卡付款或網上銀行付款。對於沒有銀行卡的會員，我們的數碼服務協調員可以協助您申請。現時，ICA 將繼續接受現金付款，但此將會在年底前逐步取消，我們將會陪同各位適應現代英國生活的轉變。

ICA’s new fee structure (effective from 16 Jun 2021)
At the blink of an eye we find ourselves in mid June. Half the year has passed and we have survived the Covid19 pandemic. Let’s hope that we all continue to look after ourselves well and continue to look out for each other.
In recent weeks ICA has revised some of its policies. Here is notice for some of the new ones:
Membership subscription
ICA’s membership duration is based on a calendar year basis – 1 January to 31 December – and not a 12 month basis. To make this fairer to new members joining half way through 2021 ICA has changed the way it collects its subscriptions to make it a) simpler for administration and b) cheaper for lapsed members to renew their support of ICA.
From 16 June the subscription to the rest of 2021 is only £4 (i.e. half of the calendar year amount of £8pa). For those new members who join in the last quarter of 2021 their subscription for the last 3 months of 2021 will be reduced to £2.
Please note that all of ICA’s services/activities are designed for its paid up members. Non-members can drop in for taster activities by paying a £3 surcharge per activity. This significant price differential signals ICAs resolute incentive for all to enrol as members or renew their lapsed membership. They can do this using our online membership application form.

Payment of activity fees
A Duty Officer will be present at Front of House (FOH) every weekday to give you a warm welcome. All payments of fees will be made at FOH and not in the variety of rooms where the activity takes place. Subscription payments will also be handled at FOH.
Members already know that participation at all activities now has to be pre-booked for Covid-security reasons. When you arrive the Duty Officer will check you in against the various activity sheets. Where you have booked the Day pass all you have to do is make the one single £8 payment (£12 for non-members). Where you come for a single activity, you also pay for that at FOH.
Contactless payments
Since 2020 lockdown days when ICA started to offer online services we also started to accept contactless payments. We wish to minimise the necessity for staff and members to count notes and coins, a time consuming process which involves the physical handling of cash.
ICA hopes that everyone will continue to use contactless methods of payment, using either their bank/credit cards with our iZettle pads, or by making online bank payments. For those who do not have a bank card our Digital Services Coordinator can help you apply for one. For a limited period ICA will continue to accept cash payments but this will be phased out by the end of the year. It is about time our community caught up with modern life in the UK.
The new arrangements will make work much easier for the staff and our valiant teams of volunteers. We thank you for your cooperation and look forward to welcoming you back to the Centre. Our AGM will be held on Sunday 1 August 2021. Obviously only members will be invited to AGM.
