為協助本地華人年長社群更容易融入社區，本會特設個人諮詢服務，可供本地年長華人預約。每周特設數個免費時段，每節30分鐘，為非英語年長華人提供以下服務︰

• 填寫各種簡單英文申請表，例如乘車優惠
• 閱讀及簡單口語講解英文信件
• 轉介地區政府有關各種申請，並協助尋求地區政府的中文翻譯

To integrate older Chinese adults into their local community, ICA is setting up a personal information and advice service. We offer free 30 minute sessions by appointment several times a week to non-English speaking elderly Chinese adults to assist them in the following tasks:

• Fill in simple forms in English, for example, application forms for TFL Freedom Pass
• Explain English content in forms/letters in Cantonese or Mandarin
• Make referrals to local council authorities to assist your specific applications
