Written by 依士靈頓華人協會(ICA)現提供免費諮詢服務，為新抵埗的香港人解答有關生活疑難，包括介紹社區資源、政府公共服務，及轉介至相關政府或地區組織以獲得所需協助。
此服務由本會香港人同事及義工提供，具備香港社會工作、本地傳譯及社區服務經驗，以廣東話溝通，歡迎預約電話諮詢，面談或網上視像會面亦可。內容保密，收集個人資訊只作溝通用途，不會用作宣傳或交予第三方。
此服務屬ICA歡迎香港人計劃的一部分，由住房、社區和地方政府事務部資助，旨在協助新移民(BNO持有人)提升語文及溝通能力，認識本地社區生活和文化，掌握求職和生活技巧，適應新的社區環境，安居樂業。

Islington Chinese Association (ICA) provides free advice services in Cantonese for newly arrived Hong Kong people, as part of its Welcome Hongkongers Programme. The services are provided by ICA staff and volunteers who have experienced in social services in Hong Kong, interpretation and community services in the UK.
