講座內容：*據美國疾病控制及預防中心定義，當新冠康復者出現出現多種不能以其他原因解釋的徵狀，包括疲倦、記憶力差、失眠、呼吸困難、咳嗽、肌肉痠痛、腸胃失調及脫髮等，並持續一個多月以上，即可能患有長新冠。世界衞生組織去年底更加發布，指大約一至兩成新冠康復者會受到長新冠影響。黃醫師將以中醫角度講述「長新冠」的影響，及康復後的調理。

Talk content: According to the definition of the US Disease Control and Prevention Center, when a person recovering from COVID-19 develops various symptoms that cannot be explained by other reasons, including fatigue, poor memory, insomnia, difficulty breathing, cough, muscle aches, gastrointestinal disorders and hair loss, and lasts for more than a month, it is possible to have a long COVID. The World Health Organisation announced last year that about 10 to 20% of people who have recovered from the COVID 19 will be affected by the long COVID. Licensed Acupuncturist Mr. Alvin Wong will share about the impact of the “Long COVID” from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, and the caring after recovery.
