Teaching content: Emphasis on the central principles of Tai Chi, improve coordination, strengthen physical capability, increase energy. Learn how to let go – relieve stress, build suppleness, enhance self-esteem.
Course fees: Members £21 or Non-members £29 (for 7 classes)
Instructor: Lala Chan (Chinese Wushu Association Duanwei Grade 4. Over 10 years of teaching experience.)
