Fee:       £9 for 3 sessions in Jan 2023 and £15 for 5 sessions in Mar 2023 payable upfront or £5/class for drop in (members and non-members)

Course Content: The Sun Style Tai Chi Chuan is well known for its smooth, flowing movements which omit the more physically vigorous crouching and leaping. Its gentle postures and high stances make it very suitable for martial arts therapy.
