Wanna a new hairstyle in the new year? ICA is providing hair-cutting service on 10 January (Tue) from 10:00 to 17:30 by the experienced hair stylist, Eliz. She has over 10 years’ experience of hairstyling in Hong Kong and the UK.    Only 15 quotas are available. Hair-cutting fee per head is £10 for members and £17 for non-members.
