[兔年新春年糕工作坊] 於1月14日 （星期六）早上10:30 – 中午12:30 由資深港人點心師傅霍智輝先生教授，現場示範製作年糕和蘿蔔糕及品賞蘿蔔糕。 會員 £12/ 非會員 £15(包材料費). 名額15人(每名參加者可獲一份年糕製成品)，報名:請親臨中心或報名熱缐WhatsApp 07724828778.

“Workshop for Lunar New Year Cakes” will be conducted by Senior Dim Sum Master, Mr. FOK Chi Fai on 14th Janurary from 10:30 – 12:30 at ICA Lower Hall. Participants will learn how to make Lunar New Year Cake (or Nian Gao), and Turnip Cake (or Lo Bak Gao). Member £12 / Non member £15 (including materials).
