與聖柏加莉教會合作，每日早上十時前為有需要人士提供免費早餐。逢星期四上午十一時三十分提供熱食。每年一至三月嚴寒月份，逢星期二晚上提供熱食及住宿服務。
Working with St Gabriel’s Catholic Church to provide free breakfast for the needy every morning before 10am and free hot meals every Thursday at 11.30am. ICA also offers Winter shelter during January to March on Tuesday evenings for the homeless or less fortunate people.
慈濟佛教組織免費素食 Free vegetarian meals
與慈濟佛教組織合作每月逢第二星期六上午十一時三十分為遊民提供免費素食，廣結善緣。
In collaboration with the Tzu Chi Buddhist Association ICA provides free vegetarian meals to the needy on the 2nd Saturdays of every month at 11.30am.
