詠春小念頭班 Wing Chun Siu Nim Tau Class

小念頭是詠春拳的初級拳套，有「念頭正，終生正之意」。整套共計108個動作，故又名「一百零八點手」。念頭雖小寓意深，道法自然意隨心，立身處地守中正，覺悟修身佛性生。Siu Nim Tau is the fundamental form of Wing Chun, symbolizing the idea that if one’s thoughts are correct, one’s entire life will be righteous. Siu Nim Tau composes 108 movements. It follows the natural flow of Dao and enlightens the state of mind.
