如何于电脑上使用Zoom加入会议 （班组）？
這兩年來，疫情改善了我們的生活模式。雖然社交限制逐步放寬，但人們已習慣在家參與網上課程，此舉除了能減低染病機會，亦能節省交通時間及開支。
現時只要透過智能手機，點選Zoom 會議連結便可進入Zoom 會議。但如果想於電腦上開啟Zoom會議，便需要多些技巧。讓我們來重溫一下最基本、無需下載軟件形式的使用方法。
Pandemic lockdowns and restrictions in recent years have changed the way we socialise and access information. A lot of classes/meetings are now hosted on Zoom.
We can now access to a Zoom conference by clicking the invitation link on our smart phone. It is very easy to use it. However, it needs some more step to open Zoom in our laptop or desktop. Let’s recall the procedure to join a Zoom class.

(1) 先記低所需要的Meeting ID及Passcode，即是主持人提供給你，用來登入會議的資料
(1) Whoever is the host of the meeting with send you an invitation to join. In this invitation will be a Meeting ID and Passcode.

(2) 在瀏覽器的網址列鍵入Zoom
(2) Open the browser within your smart phone or tablet. Type ‘Zoom‘ inside the address bar.

(3) 在搜尋結果中點選Zoom

(4) 在Zoom網頁的右上方點選 “Join A Meeting”

(5) 從彈出的小視窗中點選 “Open Zoom Meeting”

(6) 進入”Join Meeting” 新頁面，在中間位置的方格，鍵入早前記低的Meeting ID，再點選Join
(6) On the new pop up window, type the Meeting ID and press “Join”

(7) 在彈出的小視窗中鍵入早前預備好的Meeting Passcode，然後按Join Meeting

(8) 如果主持人未開始主持會議，便會出現等候視窗。
(8) If the host is not yet online, a pop up window will show the message and ask you to wait.

(9) 待主持人確認你進入會議後，便會彈出另一個視窗，請選擇 “Join with Audio / Video“
(9) After the Host confirms your identity, the meeting window will pop up. Please click “Join with Audio / Video“ in the middle.

(10) 進入會議後，你可以見到主持人或其所分享的畫面。在視窗的左下角，你可以選擇開啟或關閉你的攝影器或收音設備。如你身處嘈雜的環境，記得要關閉收音設備，讓其他人能安靜上課﹗
(10) On joining the meeting you will see the Host’s video or shared screen. You can turn on or turn off your own microphone and/or camera. Remember to mute your microphone if you are in a noisy environment so as not to disrupt the meeting.
(10) 进入会议后，你可以见到主持人或其所分享的画面。 在窗口的左下角，你可以选择开启或关闭你的摄像头或收音设备。 如你身处嘈杂的环境，记得要关闭收音设备，让其他人能安静上课！
