白樂威爵士是倫敦金融城2005 – 2006年度市長。

白樂威爵士在倫敦長大，入讀聖保羅中學，現住在西敏寺區。他於1959年開始了在塞奇威克的職業生涯；並於1976年在東京成立塞奇威克集團日本辦事處，在日本生活了三年。

白樂威爵士1981年在中國設立了小組辦公室，1993年獲得了塞奇威克在中國的第一個經紀人的授權。他1986年在孟買開設代表處，並經常穿梭亞洲各地，訪問了中國超過100次。他是Marsh有限公司的非執行副主席，該公司併購了塞奇威克公司。

He grew up in Hampstead, went to St. Paul’s School, and now lives in Westminster. He commenced his career in 1959 with Sedgwick, and in 1976 he went to Tokyo to open the Sedgwick Group’s Japan office and lived there for three years.

1993. He opened their representative office in Mumbai in 1986 and has travelled regularly in Asia, and in particular to China, which he has visited over 100 times. He is Non-Executive Vice-Chairman of Marsh Limited, the company which bought Sedgwick.

Cherie Booth QC is a leading barrister specializing in public law, human rights, media and information law, employment law and European Community law. She has appeared in a number of leading cases at home and abroad. She is also a noted speaker on human rights and a staunch supporter of women’s rights.

Cherie studied law at the London School of Economics (LSE) and graduated with a First Class Degree in 1975. While studying for her Bar exams she also taught Law at the University of Westminster. Later Cherie came top of her year in her Bar examinations and was called to the Bar in 1976. Initially she was a general common law junior with a broad practice, including personal injury, crime and family. Cherie moved to 4-5 Grays Inn Square in 1991, and became a Queen’s Counsel in 1995.

鄧蓮如男爵是前香港立法會及行政會首席非官守議員(1985年至1988年和1988年至1995年)，鄧蓮如男爵在1992-2008擔任香港匯豐銀行副主席。

作為香港最資深政治家之一的鄧蓮如男爵，在彭定康上任成為香港最后一任港督後，於1992年退休。

Lydia Selina Dunn, Baroness Dunn, DBE was the Senior Unofficial Member of the Legislative Council and Executive Council in Hong Kong in 1985-1988 and 1988-1995, after Rogerio Hyndman Lobo and Chung Sze Yuen respectively. She has been deputy chairman of banking giant HSBC in 1992-2008.

As one of the most senior politicians in Hong Kong, Dunn had considerable influence in the Government of Hong Kong before her retirement in 1992, after Chris Patten was made Governor.
