太極班
太極健康班 Tai Chi and Health (逄星期二 Every Tuesday 11:30 am – 12:30 pm)

課程著重太極拳原理，提高手腳、呼吸的整體協調，以增強體能。學習放鬆精神身體，並以柔軟的熱身運動，增強柔韌性、培養健康體質。
Emphasis on the key principles of Tai Chi to improve coordination, strengthen physical capability and increase energy. Participants will also learn how to let go – relieve stress, improve suppleness, and enhance self-esteem.
太極功夫扇班 Tai Chi Kung Fu Fan Class (逄星期四 Every Thursday 10:30 am – 11:30 pm)

靈活結合扇子的揮舞和太極的運動技巧，使中國功夫和歌曲旋律巧妙揉合地在一起，當中包含不同流派的太極拳、太極劍動作，以及快速有力的長拳、南拳等武術動作和京劇舞蹈，載歌載 “武”，易學易練，是中老年朋友陶冶情操、强身健體的首選
Kung Fu Fan has 52 movements, divided into six sections corresponding to six sections in the music. Most of the movements in Kung Fu Fan are based on traditional tai chi forms, especially sword forms, with the fan substituting for the sword. Kung Fu Fan is an entertaining piece to watch, fun to perform, not to mention good exercise in practice. it is absolutely for all levels.

Tempo Dance Class Every Monday from 31:30 to 12:30 (ICA Centre). Teacher Penny Tse graduated from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, majoring in Musical Dance. You are welcome to join the “Tempo Dance Class” to learn various dance techniques.

舞獅隊
日期及時間待定。訓練為我們在農曆新年和其他各種節日期間表演做好準備。表演分為幾個部分 – 喚醒昏睡的獅子、採青、勝利的鞠躬。打鼓、鑼和鈸一起演奏配合舞獅的節奏,動作和情緒。

Weekly class: Wednesday 4.00 – 6.30 pm
We practise weekly on Wednesday afternoon. The practice will prepare us to perform during Chinese New Year and on various other lunar festivals. The performance is divided into several sections – awakening the sleepy lion, the lion searching for the lettuce, and the discovery of the greens, eating, triumph and bowing. The dance is performed in concert with drum, gong and cymbal beats, with loudness and tempo to match the movements and mood of the lion according to the sections of the dance.

Dragon boat racing is one of the most popular water sports worldwide! It is a team sport which builds co-ordination, stamina and camaraderie. The ICA team is always on the look out for new members, to paddle together for fun and to race in the annual London Dragon Boat race.

Cantonese Opera with live music accompaniment meets on Saturday afternoons. Our aim is to preserve and promote the culture of Cantonese opera in London and to develop a greater understanding and appreciation of this art form.
