The second phase of the “Welcome Hongkongers Programme” supported by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities was officially launched in July 2022. In addition to providing diversified activities such as wellbeing/interest/educational classes, ICA also offers free advice services, as part of its Welcome Hongkongers Programme. The services are provided by ICA staff and volunteers who have social and community services experiences in Hong Kong and in the UK.
