又到薰衣草花季，7、8月是英國薰衣草花季, 係時候去睇紫色花海了. ICA 在7月24日(星期一) 舉辦仲夏.薰FUN遊 @Hertfordshire, 暢遊Hitchin 薰衣草場及聖奧爾本斯 St Albans 1日遊. 活動詳情如下:

It’s Lavender Season in London now!! ICA is going to organize a One Day Tour to Hertfordshire visiting Hitchin Lavender Farm and St. Albans. Below is the tour details:

時間 Time: 09:00 – 19:00 

遊覽地點 Points of Interest: 

*Hitchin 薰衣草場在16世紀是全英國最大的薰衣草產地, 除飽覽薰衣草花田, 還可採摘薰衣草 Hitchin Lavender Farm was one of the largest lavender fields in the UK in the 16th century, apart from visiting the lavender field, you can also hand pick lavender

* 參觀建於1077年的聖奧爾本斯座堂 (St. Albans Cathedral) , 是英國古老教堂之一 Visit St. Albans Cathedral,  one of the oldest churches in England and it was built in 1077

*St Albans, 被譽為英國最快樂的城市之一, 感受傳統英國風情 St Albans, known as one of the happiest cities in the UK, experience the classic British small town atmosphere

*於St Albans 市中心自費午餐, 有英式酒館, 法院咖啡店或美味waffle等多款選擇  Lunch (at your own expense) in  St Albans, many choices such as English Pub, Court Cafe or Waffle House etc. 

集合時間及地點(1): 早上9時正, 唐⼈街光華書店 (112 Shaftesbury Avenue London W1D 5EJ)

集合時間及地點(2): 早上9時45分， Colindale Station 停車場 (NW9 5HJ)

行程 

09:00 – 唐⼈街光華書店 (112 Shaftesbury Avenue London W1D 5EJ) 出發

09:50 – Colindale Station 停車場 (NW9 5HJ) 出發

11:00 – 參觀 St. Albans Cathedral及自費午餐

13:00 – St. Albans Cathedral 集合前往Hitchin

14:00 – Hitchin 市中心自由遊覽

14:30 – 集合前往薰衣草場

15:00 – 參觀薰衣草場連導賞及採摘薰衣草

17:15 – 離開 Hitchin 返回倫敦

18:15 – 在 Colindale Station 停車場解散

19:00 – 在唐⼈街光華書店解散

Itinerary 

09:00 – Gather & start off at China Town (112 Shaftesbury Avenue London W1D 5EJ) 

09:50 – Gather & start off at Colindale Station Car Park (NW9 5HJ)

11:00 – Visit St. Albans Cathedral & lunch (at your own expenses)

13:00 – Gather at St. Albans Cathedral and set off to Hitchin

14:00 –  Visit Hitchin city centre 

14:30 –  Gather and head towards Hitchin Lavender Farm 

15:00 –  Visit Lavender Farm & hand pick Lavender 

17:15 –  Leave Hitchin and return to London 

18:15 –  Dismiss at Colindale Station Car Park

19:00 – Dismiss at China Town

名額 Quota: 50 

費用 : £35 (15歲以上), £21 (15歲或以下, 須與父母同行 )

Fee: £35 (15 years old or above), £21 (under 15 years old must be accompanied by his / her mother or father)

(費用包旅遊巴來回接送, 薰衣草場入場, 導賞團及薰衣草採摘fee include coach pick up and return, entrance fee of Lavender Farm, Guided Tour at Lavender Farm and Hand Pick of Lavender)

Each participant has to sign up by filling out the this form. Application will be open for registration at 11:00am on 7.7.2023.

截止報名日期 Deadline of Enrolment: 2023年7月14日 (星期五) 中午12點前 14 July 2023 (Friday) at 12 noon

* 本會將以WhatsApp 或 電郵通知成功報名者繳付費用，一經付費，恕不退款。 ICA will notify to those who register successfully by Whatsapp or email. Please make payment after receiving the confirmation. All payment will be non-refundable.

免責聲明及健康守則: i.) 參加者必須自行購買旅遊意外及人身安全保險，攜帶個人所需藥物。ii.) 本團須步行一定距 離，旅程中一切意外，本會不負任何法律責任。iii.) 參加者在出發當日請自行檢測及量度體溫，勤洗手，車上不開餐 ，不隨意轉換預先安排座位，保持個人及車廂整潔。 iv.) 所有團費一經繳付及確認，均不設退款。如出發日期前英國政府發出旅遊警告，不允許該段時間英國本地旅遊，所繳旅費即全數退還。

Disclaimer and health codes: i) The participants should arrange for their own travel and personal safety insurance and bring your medicine. ii) The walking tour will last for several hours. Please make sure you are fit for walking a long distance. iii)ICA is not responsible for the legal liability in case any accidents occur during the day trip. iii) You are encouraged to take the covid test and measure your temperature before your departure. No eating in the coach; no change of seats allocated; maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness of the coach. iv) All payment is non-refundable. If a travel warning is issued by the UK government, which do not allow local tours in that period of time, the fees will be refunded to the participants.
