ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2023 (Held Successfully) 年度會員週年大會 (圓滿舉行)

依士靈頓華人協會將於2023年10月8日（星期日）下午二時半至三時半在中心舉行週年大會。

誠意邀請各位會員出席參與。會後有免費茶點、乒乓球及卡拉 OK 活動至下午6:00, 招待出席整個週年大會的會員。

熱切期望各位會員能夠出席參與。

如閣下當天忙碌無法親自岀席, 請填妥委託書, 委託出席會員代為投票。委託書表格可向中心辦公室索取。

ICA’s Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held on 8 Oct (Sunday) at 2.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m.

For those members who attend the entire AGM, we will provide free light refreshment together with free activities of table tennis and karaoke after AGM till 6.00 p.m. If you are able to attend, please reply by 29 September 2023 via Google Form bit.ly/3Z7OANL
