在 2023 年 10 月 8 日星期日舉行的依士靈頓華人協會週年大會上，財務主管已報告了依士靈頓華人協會的財務狀況。由於截至 2023 年 3 月 31 日止的年度財務報告在當日未準備妥當，會議同意有關的財務報表將在稍後交會員批核。

正式的財務報表請參看附件. 現請閣下選擇以下其中一個方式確認財務報表

1.親身到ICA中心簽署確認
2.登上此Google Form 進行確認  https://bit.ly/47RgT6w

請於2023年12月20日或之前回覆我們.
2023年度的財務報表必須在2023年12月31日前提交給政府部門
Company House，亦須於 2024年1月31日之前提交給慈善委員會.

At the AGM of ICA held on Sunday 8 October 2023 the Treasurer of ICA reported on the financial position of ICA .As the accounts of ICA for the year
ended 31 March 2023 were not available for approval at the AGM,  it was agreed that the approval of these accounts will be held at a later date. 

The Financial report is now on our website. We would like to receive your approval through one of the below 

1. sign in person in the centre
2. confirm at this google form  https://bit.ly/47RgT6w

Please reply to us on or before 20th Dec, 2023

The  2023 accounts have to be filed with Companies House by 31 December 2023 and with the Charity Commission by 31 January 2024, Thanks for your understanding and co-operation
