「英式幽默」其實係乜，又反映咗英國人嘅咪特質？點解牛津同劍橋盛產喜劇演員，例如飾演「戇豆先生」嘅 Rowan Atkinson？原來午餐肉牌子 Spam 成為「垃圾郵件」嘅代名詞，同埋前首相 Boris Johnson 發跡，都同電視搞笑節目有關？「自嘲」、「抽水」、「食字」英文點講？最後，點解有學者話，其實……根本冇所謂「英式幽默」？由 Lorraine 同大家一一拆解！What is ‘British humour’, and what might it say about ‘Britishness’? Why are so many top comedians Oxbridge graduates? Do you know that the rise of Boris Johnson and the word ‘spam’ both have to do with TV comedies? How do you describe different types of humour? Finally, why do some claim that…there is actually no such thing as ‘British humour’?
