各位會員及同事:
感謝大家的支持，讓協會順利推出會員登記電子化系統，並且開拓多元化的服務。
未來一年，協會將進一步提昇會員服務，包括已推出的會員生日會，加強義工招募、培訓及協調，並且吸引更多社區人士租用塲地，增加收入來源應付中心行政開支。為此，協會管理委員會通過由本年四月一日起已擢升郭美蓮女士為協會的助理經理，協助謝錦霞經理管理協會的行政事務，團隊其他同事亦會繼續共同努力籌辦各類活動，一起推動中心的發展。
本人謹代表管理委員會恭賀郭姑娘，並且鼓勵您們與她通力合作，讓會務蒸蒸日上！

Dear members and colleagues:
The Islington Chinese Association thank you for your continuous support for our work which has prompted the Association to successfully launch the electronic membership registration system and further develop the diverse services.
In the coming year, the Association will continue to improve its services, for example, holding members’ birthday parties; strengthen volunteers recruitment, training and coordination; and attracting more community members to use our hall that generates income which contributes to the Centre’s running costs. To this end, the ICA Management Committee has approved the promotion of Miss Joanne Kwok as the Association’s Assistant Centre Manager with effect from 1 April 2024 to assist Katy Tse Blair, the Centre Manager, in the running of the Centre. No doubt, other colleagues in the staff team will continue to work together from strength to strength in developing the much needed services for the community.
On behalf of the Management Committee, I would like to congratulate Miss Kwok and encourage you to cooperate with her to make the Association prosper.
