Islington Cantonese Opera Group will present “Poetic Resonance: A Cantonese Opera Experience” on Saturday, 8 June 2024, from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Join us to experience the harmonious blend of poetry and melody, and savour the unique charm of Cantonese opera’s poetic verses. Live music accompaniment will be provided, and the performance repertoire will be announced later. The admission fee, same for members and non-members, is £2 per person or £3 for two people, including refreshments. The event is open to the general public, with priority given to individuals aged 55 and above.
