Islington Cantonese Opera Group will present “Poetic Resonance: A Cantonese Opera Experience” on Saturday, 8 June 2024, from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Join us to experience the harmonious blend of poetry and melody, and savour the unique charm of Cantonese opera’s poetic verses. Live music accompaniment will be provided. Details on the performers and programme can be found in the attached poster and programme. The admission fee, same for members and non-members, is £2 per person or £3 for two people, including refreshments. The event is open to the general public, with priority given to individuals aged 55 and above. If you have not purchased your tickets yet, please act quickly.
