丹青酬歲月 書畫傲平生 依士靈頓華人協會由2011年8月3日起主辦中國畫初班，誠邀蔡維敏老師設帳授徒。逢星期三下午一時半至三時半在協會舉行；由2015年起每季學費£60 (每堂收費£8) ；材料自備。 蔡維敏早歲於汕頭追隨山水大家王奔騰、版畫家陳望等習繪事十多年；后進入汕頭市文聯、汕頭大學研讀中國美術。1990年來英后，迫於生計，下海開設中華文化藝術商店；餘暇仍不忘丹青畫事。曾先后於大英圖書館、維多利亞及阿爾拔博物館、明愛學院、各華人社區中心、中文學校開班、示範推廣文化中國。蔡先生書畫作品亦曾於廣東汕頭、北京、倫敦、曼徹斯特、日本奈良等地展出。蔡維敏在中國歷史轉折期間抵達英國，悠悠二十年過去，此身雖在堪驚。平生心願與詩書畫同伴；今番重開中國畫班，如切如磋，如琢如磨，再續師生未了緣。 中國書法班同學作品在2014年7月15至17日在協會舉行展覽后，仍然於每星期三上午十一時至十二時半進行。由2015年6月24日起，朱良拱老師義務指導，材料自備，學員每堂付費£2。朱先生淮名人，中國書畫家協會副主席。書法底子是柳公權，小楷學歐陽詢，行書效趙孟頫，大字習東坡。字如人，字能養氣、助氣。去功利心，物我兩忘。書法之道，朱子以意趣為主，唯情是尊。但求暢敍情懐，隨心所欲不逾矩。
