Tai Chi and Health

Teaching content: Emphasis on the key principles of Tai Chi to improve coordination, strengthen physical capability and increase energy. Participants will also learn how to let go – relieve stress, improve suppleness, and enhance self-esteem.
Course fees: Pay by Month: 5 sessions in Aug – Members £15/Non-members £25; 4 sessions in Sep – Members £12/Non-members £20; or Pay by Class: £5 per class (same for Members and Non-members)
