相信有參加我們剛舉行的「2023歡聚ICA冬至午宴」的朋友，也聽到潘錦興大廚將於12月21日正式退休，開展他優哉游哉的生活。無論你的反應是「好唔捨得大廚同佢嘅廚藝」、「好想知道大廚嘅煮食心得」，抑或「好想跟大廚話別」，都歡迎你參加我們12月21日下午1:30、午餐會之後舉行的特別活動「話別潘大廚」，讓大家在輕輕鬆鬆的環境下，為大廚在ICA逾六年的專業服務，劃上完美句號。

We invite you to join us for a heartfelt event, “Farewell Party for Head Chef Poon,” on 21 December at 1:30 pm, immediately after our Luncheon Club. Head Chef Kam Hing Poon, our esteemed culinary maestro, will be embarking on a well-deserved retirement, and we want to make his farewell truly special. Whether you’re reluctant to part with Chef Poon’s mouth-watering creations, eager to glean his culinary wisdom, or simply wish to bid him a fond goodbye, this event is tailor-made for you. It will be an intimate gathering, offering a relaxed atmosphere to celebrate Head Chef Poon’s remarkable six-year journey as a culinary virtuoso at the ICA.
