Written by 舞獅不單是一種中華民間傳統表演藝術，更可強身健體；而獅鼓能帶出舞獅表演的氣氛及意境，兩者可謂相得益彰。感謝三位表演經驗豐富的義工傅師傅、明師傅和Tom，願意傳授舞獅及獅鼓心得。ICA希望透過開辦訓練班成立獅隊，除傳承中華文化藝術，更希望藉表演服務社群。
Lion dance is a traditional Chinese folk performance art that promotes physical fitness. Lion drumming enhances the atmosphere and artistic conception of lion dance, complementing each other. Thanks to the three experienced volunteer performers, Master Fu, Master Ming, and Tom, for their willingness to share their knowledge of lion dance and lion drumming. ICA aims to establish a lion dance team through training classes not only to preserve Chinese cultural art but also to serve the community through performances.
「舞獅·獅鼓訓練班」每月£8 共4小時課堂 (逢第二及第四個星期五)，時間為下午2:00-4:00。假如你對舞獅或獅鼓表演感興趣，並願意花時間和心機學習練習，歡迎你報名成為訓練班一員。
“Training for Lion Dance & Lion Drumming costs £8 per month for a total of 4 hours of classes. If you are interested in lion dance or lion drumming and are willing to dedicate your time and effort to learning and practising, we welcome you to enrol in the training class.
日期 Date：12/7, 26/7; 9/8, 23/8 (逢第二及第四個星期五)
時間 Time：2:00pm – 4:00pm
費用 Fee： 1. 按月收費 (Pay for the month) 會員 Members – £8 (缺席而有事先通知或合理原因，該堂費用可帶到下兩個月內使用 For absence with prior notice or justifiable reason, the unspent fee can be carried forward to the next two months.) 2. 逐次繳費 (Pay for each session) 會員 Members £5 (堂/session); 非會員 Non-members £6 (堂/session)

對象 Targets: 會員 / 55歲或以上優先 Members / Aged 55 or above first
