冬天將至,近日已感寒意逼人;做運動的興緻也會大減。為了鼓勵大家在寒冷天氣下仍保持做運動,我們將於11月6日起逢星期三推出兩個新的班組,分別是上午10:30-11:30的「簡易健身班」和中午11:30-12:30的「毛巾雙節棍班」。上齊兩班,更會有優惠,請密切留意最新消息。

為了讓大家先淺嘗簡易健身的好處,ICA將於10月16日 (星期三) 午餐後2:00-3:00舉辦「簡易健身工作坊」, 由義務導師 Ling Kee 介紹和示範一些簡單運動,以預防肌肉流失,並增強心肺功能。活動費用全免,有興趣者請WhatsApp 07523 864993 或填寫 Google form 。

As winter approaches, the cold is becoming more noticeable; this can also decrease the motivation to exercise. To encourage everyone to stay active during the cold weather, we will launch two new classes starting 6 November held every Wednesday. The classes are “Easy Fitness Class” from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM and “Towel Nunchaku Class” from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. There will be discounts for participants who join both classes, so please stay tuned for the latest updates.

To give everyone a taste of the benefits of easy fitness, ICA will hold a “Easy Fitness Workshop” on 16 October (Wednesday) from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, where volunteer instructor Ling Kee will introduce and demonstrate some simple exercises to prevent muscle loss and enhance cardiovascular function.
