繼本會於2025年6月27日發出的通知，有關即將於2025年8月3日（星期日）舉行的2025年度會員大會（AGM），我們誠意邀請符合資格的會員出席參與。

凡全程參加會員大會的會員，將獲贈免費茶點，大會結束後亦可參加乒乓球及卡拉OK活動，直至下午6時。
請注意：會員必須在2025年7月28日或之前已擁有有效會籍，方可出席是次會員大會。
為方便安排，我們建議會員預先填寫出席表格：

如閣下當日未能親身出席，可填寫代表委任表格，委託其他會員代表你投票。

Dear Members,
Further to our notice dated 27 June 2025 regarding the upcoming 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on Sunday, 3 August 2025, we sincerely invite eligible members to attend and participate.
Please visit our website for the following documents:
- Agenda of the 2025 AGM
- Minutes of the 2024 AGM – available upon request. Please contact the Centre Office.
Members who attend the entire AGM will be offered free light refreshments. Table tennis and karaoke will also be available after the meeting until 6:00 p.m.
Please note: Only those who held valid ICA membership on or before 28 July 2025 are eligible to attend the AGM.
To assist with planning, we encourage members to complete the attendance form in advance:

If you are unable to attend in person, you may appoint another member to vote on your behalf by completing an official proxy form.
The proxy form must be submitted on or before 28 July 2025, and can be obtained from the Centre Office or download here.
