根據《英國公司法 2006》第327條及法律顧問意見，本會已修訂 2025 年度會員大會（AGM）之授權書（Proxy Form），並更正遞交時限如下：

🗓️ 有效遞交時間：
由 2025 年 7 月 31 日（星期四）凌晨 00:00 起，至 2025 年 8 月 1 日（星期五）晚上 11:59 為止。

⚠️ 請注意：任何在上述時段以外收到之表格，將根據《公司法》視為無效。

是次 AGM 將選出最多五位信託人（管理委員），表格內列明六位候選人簡介，會員可從中選出最多五位支持者。

In accordance with Section 327 of the UK Companies Act 2006 and following legal advice, the proxy form for the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been revised. Please note the updated submission timeframe below:

🗓️ Valid Submission Period:
From 00:00 on Thursday, 31 July 2025 until 23:59 on Friday, 1 August 2025.

📬 Submission Methods (within the valid period only):
– Submit in person at the ICA Centre (Daily opening hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

⚠️ Please note: Any proxy form received outside the above period will be deemed invalid under the Companies Act.

This AGM will elect up to five trustees (Management Committee Members). The proxy form includes introductions of six nominees, and members may vote for up to five of them.
