在第一次委員會會議上，董事會收到威斯敏斯特教區物業管理部門於2026年1月1日租約到期時發出的退租通知；過去15年，ICA一直負責管理現有場地。新董事會齊心協力，協商會址續約是當務之急。
ICA在2024-2025財年出現36,643英鎊的赤字，目前正在參與“大捐贈”慈善項目，爭取在2025年8月29日星期五17:00之前，募集最多50份100英鎊或以上的認捐，以獲得最高5,000英鎊的配對資金。
承諾為認捐人可使慈善機構的捐款翻倍，捐款將於2025年12月的第一周收取。
身為認捐人，您不能在2025年12月2日至2025年12月9日期間，再次向該慈善機構的2025年聖誕節挑戰”大捐贈“活動捐款。
截至目前，董事會成員及同人已承諾1,880英鎊，請在2025年8月29日截止日期前慷慨解囊：
配對資助說明 – Big Give
當公眾透過 Big Give 活動向慈善機構捐款時，我們會邀請資助者（慈善家、基金會或企業）按比例配對該筆捐款。
例如，公眾捐出 £50，經配對後便會變成 £100，用於支持善舉。
董事局亦已考慮多種募款管道，包括慶祝依士靈頓華人協會40週年盛宴等，更多詳情將於近期公佈。

At the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on 3rd August 2025, 5 new Trustees were elected to serve the term 2025-2026. The incumbent committee held their 1st committee meeting on 15th August 2025, and the Honorary Posts were appointed as follows:

In the 1st Committee Meeting, the board noted that The Westminster Diocese Property Management sent a Notice to Quit on the expiry of the lease on 01.01.2026; while ICA has been managing the existing premises in the last 15 years. A concerted effort by the new board to negotiate a contiuous lease is a top priority.
With a deficit of £36,643 in the financial year 2024-2025, ICA is promoting the BIG GIVE project to gauge up to 50 pledges of £100@ or in excess for a maximum matching fund of £5,000 by Friday 29.08.2025 at 1700 hour.
By becoming a Pledger you are committing to provide match funds which will be used to double donations made to the charity, and funds will be collected in the first week in December 2025.
As a Pledger, you cannot donate again to the charity’s Christmas Challenge 2025 Big Give Campaign between 02.12.2025 to 09.12.2025.

Match funding explained – Big Give
When the public donates to a charity through a Big Give campaign, we ask funders (philanthropists, foundations or corporates) to match that donation.
So £50 from a member of the public, becomes £100 for a good cause.
The Board has also considered various fund-raising channels including Celebrating the ICA 40th Anniversary Banquet and others, more details will be announced imminently.
