2026 年度新會員入會及續會安排（即日開始接受）

由 2026 年開始，本會現已接受 2026 年度會員續會及新會員入會申請，會籍有效期至 2026 年 12 月 31 日。

一、2026 年起 — 新會員入會須提供地址證明

由 2026 年開始，所有新入會人士必須提供地址證明，可接受的文件包括：

• 3 個月內公營機構的信件或電子信件（例如水／電／電話單、銀行、政府等）
• 英國車牌文件

入會方式：

• 網上入會：https://forms.gle/WS3DkEZbz5z4YT7M7
  需在申請表內上載上述文件的相片或掃描本，文件經職員核實後會即時刪除，本會不會作任何形式的保存。
• 親身到中心入會：由職員核對地址後即時歸還，無需提交副本。

二、現有會員續會（不受影響）

現有會員續會無需提供地址證明。

三、會籍有效期

所有 2026 年度會員資格有效至 2026 年 12 月 31 日。

2026 Membership Renewal & New Application Policy (Effective Immediately)

From 2026 onwards, ICA is now accepting membership renewals and new applications for the 2026 membership year. All memberships will be valid until 31 December 2026.

1. From 2026 — Proof of Address Required for New Members

Starting from 2026, all new membership applicants must provide proof of address. Accepted documents include:

• Public-sector letters or e-correspondence issued within the last 3 months (e.g. utility bills, bank letters, government letters)
• UK vehicle registration documents

Application methods:

• Online applications: https://forms.gle/WS3DkEZbz5z4YT7M7
  You must upload a photo or scan of the required document. The file will be deleted immediately after verification and will not be stored in any form.
• In-person applications: Staff will verify your address and return the document immediately. No copy will be retained.

2. Existing Members Renewal (No Change)

Existing members renewing their membership do not need to provide proof of address.

3. Membership Validity

All 2026 memberships are valid until 31 December 2026.
