有關場地租金調整及收費更新之公告

致各位會員、場地使用者及社區夥伴：

衷心感謝大家一直以來對 依士靈頓華人協會 的支持與同行。本會多年來致力為社區提供一個安全、友善及具歸屬感的空間，與大家一同成長。

隨著中心進入新一份租約期，根據租約條款，場地租金將於本年度上調 67%，並預計於 2027 年前累計上調至 100%。面對營運成本的顯著增加，我們已盡最大努力透過內部資源調配及節流措施減輕影響，希望將對社區的影響降至最低。

然而，在審慎評估整體營運狀況後，我們仍需要作出適度調整，包括：

  • 部分場地對外租用收費
  • 個別活動及課程費用

我們明白任何收費調整都可能為大家帶來不便，因此希望提前向各位說明背景及原因，避免造成誤會。是次調整實屬維持中心可持續發展及服務穩定性的必要安排。

我們珍惜與每一位會員及合作夥伴之間的關係，亦衷心感謝大家一直以來的體諒與支持。未來，我們仍會秉持服務社區的初心，與大家攜手同行。

Notice of Upcoming Adjustments to Venue Hire and Activity Fees

Dear Members, Venue Hirers and Community Partners,

We would like to express our sincere appreciation for your continued support of Islington Chinese Association. Our centre remains committed to providing a welcoming and inclusive space for the community to connect and thrive.

As we enter a new lease period for our premises, the updated lease terms include a rent increase of 67% this year, with a further increase bringing the total rise to 100% by 2027. This represents a significant change in our core operating costs.

We have carefully reviewed our finances and implemented cost-saving measures wherever possible to minimise the impact. However, given the scale of the increase, some adjustments are necessary to ensure the long-term sustainability of the centre.

In the coming period, we will therefore be making modest adjustments to:

  • Certain venue hire fees
  • Selected programme and activity fees

We are sharing this information in advance to ensure transparency and to help our partners understand the context behind these changes. These decisions have been made with careful consideration and with the aim of safeguarding the centre’s future and continued service to the community.
