Islington Chinese Association 40th Anniversary Logo Design Competition

為慶祝依士靈頓華人協會（Islington Chinese Association）成立40週年，本會誠邀社區人士參加40週年會徽設計比賽，以創意展現社區精神及中心發展歷程。
得獎會徽將正式用於本年度一系列40週年慶祝活動及所有相關宣傳設計中，成為協會重要標誌之一。

To celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Islington Chinese Association, we warmly invite members of the community to participate in our 40th Anniversary Logo Design Competition.
Through creative design, participants are encouraged to showcase the spirit of the community and reflect the development journey of our centre.
The winning logo will be officially used across a series of 40th anniversary celebrations and all related promotional materials throughout the year.

一、比賽日期
2026年3月10日 – 2026年5月4日
所有參賽作品須於 2026年5月4日晚上11:59前提交

1. Competition Period
10 March 2026 – 4 May 2026
All entries must be submitted by 11:59 pm on 4 May 2026

二、參賽資格
* 比賽歡迎所有社區人士參加
* 每位參賽者最多可提交 2份作品

2. Eligibility
The competition is open to all members of the community.
Each participant may submit up to two entries.

三、作品要求
1. 作品必須為原創設計，未曾公開發表或用於其他比賽。
2. 設計如包含依士靈頓華人協會提供的機構名稱樣板為佳。
3. 設計應能反映以下元素：
* 社區連結與共融
* 協會成立40週年的意義
4. 作品可以數碼設計或手繪形式提交。

3. Design Requirements
All submissions must be original designs that have not been previously published or used in other competitions.
Designs are encouraged to incorporate the official name template of the Islington Chinese Association.
The design should reflect:
* Community connection and inclusion
* The significance of the 40th anniversary
Entries may be submitted as digital designs or hand-drawn artwork.

四、提交方式
1. 手繪形式交回中心，並填寫報名表
2. 網上提交（Google Form）

4. Submission Method
1. Hand-drawn designs submitted to the centre with registration form
2. Online submission via Google Form

五、評分標準
1. 創意與原創性 (30%)
2. 主題表達 (25%)
3. 設計美感 (20%)
4. 實用性 (15%)
5. 符合要求 (10%)

5. Judging Criteria
1. Creativity and Originality (30%)
2. Relevance to the Theme (25%)
3. Aesthetic Quality (20%)
4. Practical Use (15%)
5. Compliance with Requirements (10%)

六、獎項
冠軍作品：
* 兩位免費出席依士靈頓華人協會40週年慶祝午宴
* 得獎作品將正式用於本會全年40週年活動及宣傳設計

6. Prize
Champion Award:
* Two complimentary seats at the ICA 40th Anniversary Celebration Luncheon
* The winning design will be officially used in the Association’s 40th anniversary events and promotional materials

七、版權及使用權
* 得獎作品的使用權將歸依士靈頓華人協會所有
* 本會保留對作品作修改及用於宣傳、活動或出版物的權利
* 設計者保留署名權

7. Copyright and Usage Rights
The usage rights of the winning design will belong to the Islington Chinese Association.
The Association reserves the right to modify and use the design for promotional and event purposes.
The designer will retain credit for the work.

八、其他事項
* 評審結果為最終決定
* 如有任何爭議，本會保留最終決定權
* 參賽即表示同意以上條款

8. Additional Information
The decision of the judging panel is final.
In case of dispute, the Association reserves the right of final decision.
Submission constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions.
