1. 小小廚神烹飪班 Little Chefs Cooking Class (親子活動 Parent-child class) 

學習製作簡單美味的酥餅及甜點小食，認識基本烹飪技巧、食材及廚房安全。孩子可獨立參與，亦歡迎家長一同下廚，享受烹飪樂趣。Learn to prepare simple, delicious pastries and sweet treats while developing basic cooking skills, kitchen safety. Children may join independently or cook alongside a parent, making it a fun and rewarding experience for everyone.

日期 Date：逢星期二 Every Tue 28/7 – 25/8 (共5堂)
時間 Time：2:00pm – 4:00pm (每堂約1.5 – 2小時)
全期費用 Fee：£125，如不能全期參加可以每堂£30繳費
對象 Target：6-8 歲 (必需與父母一同參加，父母與兒童同價) / 9-12 歲可單獨上課
*如學員有行為問題令課堂不能進行, 會被要求離開及不會退款
工具 Tools：自備，或由中心代買 (所需工具將於報名後提供) Bring your own, or purchase them through the centre. (A list of required tools will be provided after registration.)
食材 Materials：自備，於普通超市可買, 或可網上訂貨 Bring your own. Ingredients are available at most supermarkets or can be ordered online.

2. 詩詞歌韻中文班 Chinese Thru Poetry & Cantopop (親子活動 Parent-child class) 

透過欣賞中國古典詩詞，認識詩詞的意境與內涵，學習漢字結構、修辭技巧及中文表達。課程亦會探討古典詩詞對廣東流行曲歌詞的影響，鼓勵家長與孩子一起發掘流行曲中的詩詞元素，了解詩詞如何啟發歌詞創作，在輕鬆互動中提升中文學習興趣。Discover the beauty of classical Chinese poetry while learning Chinese characters, literary devices, and language expression. This parent–child class also explores how classical poetry has inspired Cantopop lyrics, inviting families to uncover poetic elements in familiar songs and discover how traditional verse continues to shape modern songwriting. Through interactive activities, participants will deepen their appreciation of the Chinese language and culture together.

中文班老師簡介：
胡家和 Roger
香港中文大學教育文憑、文學士及哲學碩士畢業，擁有二十多年中文教育的經驗，移英後亦繼續相關教學，作育英才，並協助慈善組織推動社會服務。

3. 毛線小作坊 Little Yarn Workshop (編織及鈎織 Knitting and Crochet)

透過輕鬆有趣的毛線創作，讓孩子學習編織及鈎織的基本技巧，認識不同的針法和材料。孩子可按自己的興趣設計及製作獨一無二的作品，例如圍巾、毛線公仔、小飾物等，發揮創意，同時培養耐性、專注力及手眼協調能力。Children will learn the basics of knitting and crochet while creating their own projects, such as scarves, stuffed toys, and other handmade creations. This fun, hands-on workshop encourages creativity, patience, and fine motor skills.

對象 Target：8 – 12 歲
工具及材料 Tools & Materials：自備，或於課堂上借用 Bring your own, or borrow one during class.

4. 書法班 Chinese Calligraphy

透過有趣的練習，學習中國書法的基本筆法、字形結構及運筆技巧，培養專注力、耐性和美感。課程適合兒童參加，無需任何書法基礎，歡迎所有對書法及中國文化有興趣的小朋友。Children will learn the basics of Chinese calligraphy, including brush techniques, character structure, and stroke control, through fun and engaging activities. No prior experience is needed—this class is perfect for beginners and young learners interested in Chinese art and culture.

5. 舞獅班 Lion Dance

小朋友將學習醒獅基本功、步法及動作技巧，並認識舞獅鼓樂節奏，學習基本打鼓技巧。課堂採用少年版獅頭，讓孩子在安全、有趣的環境中體驗傳統舞獅文化，同時培養體能、節奏感、團隊合作及自信心。Children will learn the fundamentals of lion dance, including basic footwork, movements, and drumming techniques. Using junior-sized lion heads, they will explore this traditional Chinese art in a fun and safe environment while developing coordination, rhythm, teamwork, and confidence.
