本會 2026 年度週年會員大會（Annual General Meeting）將於以下時間舉行：
日期：2026 年 10 月 18 日（星期日）
時間：下午 2 時至 3 時30分
地點：ICA 禮堂
屆時將重新選出新一屆管理委員。提名由2026年9月16日開始，截止日期為 2026 年 9月30日晚上11時59分。如有意提名人士為執行委員，請於截止前提交提名表格。
會員如需遞交此表格，請於上述時間內透過以下其中一種方式交予本會：
- 親身遞交至本會中心職員（辦公時間為每日早上10:00至下午 6:00）

有關會員大會（AGM）的出席登記安排及其他詳情，我們將於稍後公佈，敬請留意。

Islington Chinese Association (ICA) – Notice to Members
Dear Members,
Please be informed that the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Islington Chinese Association will be held as follows:
Date: Sunday, 18th October, 2026
Time: 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Venue: ICA Hall
A new Management Committee will be elected at the meeting. Nominations are open from 16th September, 2026 and will close on 30th September 2026 at 23:59. Members who wish to nominate someone for election to the Management Committee should submit the completed nomination form before the deadline.We warmly encourage all members to attend.
Members who wish to submit the nomination form to ICA may do so within the above period by one of the following methods:
- Submit in person to ICA Centre staff (Office hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM daily)
- Via WhatsApp: 07724 828 778
- By email: info@islingtonchinese.com
Further information regarding registration for attending the AGM, together with other relevant details, will be announced in due course.
