養生保健講座：中醫角度看鼻敏感和花粉症  ICA Health Talk: TCM Perspective on Allergic Rhinitis and Hay Fever

過敏性鼻炎 (俗稱鼻敏感)，是某些過敏物質 (例如花粉) 對鼻子產生刺激，引致打噴嚏和其他症狀。英國容易發生花粉過敏的季節通常是在春夏天氣漸暖、植物復蘇的時候；然而根據英國一項調查，全英大約有23%的人每年遭受花粉症的折騰，而且花粉過敏季節可以從初春開始，一直到深秋才會結束。ICA 將於6月27日下午舉辦養生保健講座「中醫角度看鼻敏感和花粉症」，Annie Leung 會跟我們仔細探討這個題目，萬勿錯過。

Allergic rhinitis is where your nose gets irritated by something you are allergic to, such as pollen, causing sneezing and other symptoms. The season when hay fever is most common in the UK is typically during the spring and summer, when the weather is getting warmer and plants are reviving. However, according to a survey in the UK, around 23% of the population suffers from hay fever each year, and the hay fever season can start as early as early spring and last all the way until late fall. In the afternoon of 27 June, there will be a health and wellness talk at ICA titled “TCM Perspective on Allergic Rhinitis and Hay Fever” given by Annie Leung. She will share detailed information on this topic, so don’t miss it.
