冬天將至，近日已感寒意逼人；做運動的興緻也會大減。為了鼓勵大家在寒冷天氣下仍保持做運動，我們將於11月6日起逢星期三推出兩個新的班組，分別是上午10:30-11:30的「簡易健身班」和中午11:30-12:30的「毛巾雙節棍班」。上齊兩班，更會有優惠，請密切留意最新消息。 為了讓大家先淺嘗簡易健身的好處，ICA將於10月16日 (星期三) 午餐後2:00-3:00舉辦「簡易健身工作坊」， 由義務導師 Ling Kee 介紹和示範一些簡單運動，以預防肌肉流失，並增強心肺功能。活動費用全免，有興趣者請WhatsApp 07523 864993 或填寫 Google form 。 As winter approaches, the cold is becoming more noticeable; this can also decrease the motivation to exercise.
