以電話慰問長者是「活出豐采」友伴同行項目的主要服務之一。我們希望動員義工,以電話聯繫因身體狀況或其他原因較少出席ICA活動的會員/前會員。尤其是冬天臨近,我們希望藉著真摯的問候和關懷,向長者送出一份暖暖的心意。為讓義工們掌握基本技巧,我們特別邀請了資深義工區翠兒女士與大家分享「電話慰問技巧」。分享會內容包括:1) 電話慰問的技巧;2) 義工的態度;3) 角色扮演;及4) 個人分享。重點是使義工們能掌握基本技巧,輕鬆和認真去運用,從而幫助需要幫助的人。Giving concern calls to our older friends is one of the major befriending services under our “Thriving Beats Surviving (TBS)” project. 義務導師分享如何不用專業器材進行伸展運動、心肺功能訓練及肌肉訓練。參加者亦可選擇在課後與義務導師到附近公園進行跑步練習。Practise Stretching, cardio training and muscle training without professional equipment.
