再次出 ‘髮’ ‘Hair’ We Go Again!

健康起動系列 2.) 義工健康服務 活出豐采計劃由倫敦金融城慈善基金會的城市橋樑信託委員會撥款資助。依士靈頓華人協會希望通過一項新計劃來彌合兩個社區之間的鴻溝，減少會員的孤獨感並改善會員的身心健康。TBS將舉辦一系列康健活動以加強年長華人對身心健康的關注，包括中醫講座、義診、健康檢查等等，增進知識之餘，亦可加強長者保健及自理意識，減低面對長期病患的焦慮及促進健康能力感。 為加強會員對慢性病認知及其影響，TBS義工為會員提供基本身體檢查和有關健康資訊(如：血壓量度、血氧量度) ，相關結果只供會員作參考用途，詳情需諮詢家庭醫生。 Healthy Action Level-up Series: 2.) 星期六開波！ 平常因上班而不能來和其他會員打球？好消息！由今星期六（12/3）起，中心增設星期六上午時段之乒乓球時間（10:00am-1:00pm）,收費全時段為£3，歡迎各會員使用, 星期六見!
