精神健康是不容忽視的課題，其中抑鬱和焦慮症並不是什麼洪水猛獸，越能正視面對，就越有把握擁抱它，與它和平共存，甚至戰勝它。2024年10月10日 (星期四) 下午1:30-3:00的ICA健康講座，題目正是「積極面對抑鬱與焦慮症」。講座除了資訊分享，亦有小組討論和答問環節。 講員Lucita Yuen 醫生是英國皇家全科醫學院會員、擁有英國皇家婦產科醫學院文憑和英國性與生殖醫療學院文憑、亦是全科醫生培訓師。她前10年為伊斯靈頓一間診所合夥人，現任私營機構醫療總監。 Mental health is a crucial issue that deserves our attention. 為6-12歲兒童而設的「創意藝術綜合工作坊」自去年6月初舉辦以來，一直深受小朋友及家長歡迎。2024年6月10日將再開始新一期8堂課。課程精心編排，每課不同課題、採用不同物料和媒體，啟發孩子的多元潛能，包括觀察、思考、創造、批判、溝通等；孩子更會因此愛上藝術創作。小班教學，名額有限，報名從速。 Introducing "Little Art Explorer," an immersive arts workshop designed for children aged 6-12.
