精神健康是不容忽視的課題，其中抑鬱和焦慮症並不是什麼洪水猛獸，越能正視面對，就越有把握擁抱它，與它和平共存，甚至戰勝它。2024年10月10日 (星期四) 下午1:30-3:00的ICA健康講座，題目正是「積極面對抑鬱與焦慮症」。講座除了資訊分享，亦有小組討論和答問環節。 講員Lucita Yuen 醫生是英國皇家全科醫學院會員、擁有英國皇家婦產科醫學院文憑和英國性與生殖醫療學院文憑、亦是全科醫生培訓師。她前10年為伊斯靈頓一間診所合夥人，現任私營機構醫療總監。 Mental health is a crucial issue that deserves our attention.
