相信大家都曾經到過 King’s Cross，六條地鐵綫交滙，火車綫貫通國內，歐洲綫亦由隔鄰 St Pancras 出發，遊人如鯽。著名倫敦美術大學 Central St Martins 遷入，IT公司 Google、Meta (Facebook) 前後進駐，豪宅落成入住。不過，與老鄰居傾談之下，King’s Cross 在2000年前乃三教九流、毒品濫藥、尋歡賣醉之地，本地人避之則吉。翻查文獻，原來在19世紀時期，King’s Cross 曾經是工業、能源及物流樞紐，經濟民生活動十分蓬勃。火車站上的鐘樓正好見証了這段歷史和變化。 8月13日 (星期二) 上午10:15，讓我們相約於鐘樓下，一起用腳步走進這新舊建築交融的社區，用眼睛和心靈去學習市區重建背後的價值和方向。 I am sure many of you have been to King's Cross before.
